Modern manufacturing techniques and careful component design and selection have allowed us to offer all this performance and exceptional sound quality even in the STUDIO 100 at a much lower price than you might imagine.
STUDIO 100 delivers 90 watts RMS per channel with THD + N lower than 0.003% on 8 ohms; and a signal-to-noise ratio of 107 dB referred to full power. This makes it the ideal amplifier to serve as the foundation in a great sounding stereo system.
Conceived on a single PCB where both amplification channels and the power supply circuit are placed. , each channel is powered separately and all power supplies are stabilized and optimally filtered. The power is supplied by an EamDualcorETM transformer with a total power of 400VA and a low ESR filtering section of over 26,000uF, guaranteeing an energy supply even at high volumes and low load impedances.
The driving reliability and stability on the load is entrusted to 2 pairs per channel of bipolar transistors in Darlinghton MJL 3281 / MJL 1302 configuration
The engineering of PCBs in SMD technology allows a high rejection to vibrations induced by external causes with a notable reduction of the sound “microphonics”. The result is greater detail and focus of the scene and instruments.
The entire filter section, including the rectifier bridges, are mounted on the main PCB. With this method we have eliminated the wiring in the air to the advantage of a lower contact resistance and a greater supply of current to the main power circuits.

It is entrusted to low-noise, high-bandwidth operational amplifiers and processes both balanced and single ended signals. We have given particular importance to this section as it is the first approach towards a perfect sound rendering. Also for this section the power supplies are filtered and optimally stabilized.
