LC 106 guarantees effective overvoltage protection and at the same time supplies the connected devices with clean and well filtered energy. This makes it essential in any modern audio / video system to maximize musical performance.
We know how important it is that the mains voltage, responsible for the success of a complex and high-level audio system, is as clean as possible and free of any “dross” caused by voltage surges and spurious introduced by other users on the line.

- LC 106 is based on the new architecture of the RLC branch, the device does not have traditional protection elements such as thermal or instantaneous fuses because in our opinion these slow down the free flow of current, negatively affecting the sound.
On the contrary, overvoltage protection is provided by an integrated block with filters equipped with optocouplers that act directly on the microcontroller, combined with new generation varistors.
Surge protection is complemented by EMI / RFI filters. These elements in combination with a modern and correctly constructed installation guarantee protection against overvoltages and overcurrents.Interference suppression is provided by a filter system consisting of premium class components, such as capacitors and varistors, and on N-zero type toroidal cores.The activation of the sockets is entrusted to 6 high-speed relays with silver contacts and a switching capacity of 4000 VA.In the construction of the LC106 filter we kept in mind what we wanted to achieve and the results in the listening section confirmed the overall success of the project.
