We proudly present you the lastest development from St. Georgen in the Black Forest – the CS 800! A completely new designed turntable that lays the foundation for a new series from Dual.

The basic desing is a heavy chassis in combination with a aluminium plated subchassis, which is floated on parabolic springs. Any kind of external interferences are minimized.
Three specially buffered aluminium feet in combination with the cardanic bearing of the tonearm make a complicated levelling of the turntable unnecessary. An unproblematic installation is always ensured.

The tonearm is lifted to a new lever by using the new Dual E(asymotion) wiring and the improved bearing (High Precision Surface). The electronically controlled DC motor is controlled by a newly developed touch switch.

Cardan tone arm with mass tracking force set by a high-precision torsion spring. Detachable, Torsional rigid carbon fiber headshell with 13mm (1/2-inch) fixing-holes. Adjustable tracking force and anti-skating.

Solid MDF basic chassis in combination with a floating subchassis. Damped aluminium platter with antistatic feltmat.

Manual turntable. Belt drive with polished flat belt. DC motor with electronic speed control.
