CIRCUIT TOPOLOGY
balanced differential configuration
In the STUDIO 501 limited edition we have implemented a balanced differential circuit which in fact makes the amplifier become reliably balanced from input to output.
In fact, each branch of the amplifier amplifies the signal in the traditional way, in class AB, but each input differential is connected on the opposite branch in counterphase, returning an amplified signal with two full but opposite waves in phase.
each section of the amplifier is powered separately and all power supplies are stabilized and optimally filtered. The power is supplied by an EamDualcorETM transformer with a total power of 1,300VA and a low ESR filtering section of over 100,000uF, guaranteeing an energy supply even at high volumes and low load impedances.
The reliability and stability of driving on the load is entrusted to 16 pairs of bipolar transistors in Darlinghton MJL 3281 / MJL 1302 configuration

INPUT STAGE
Via HDCA version 3. It is the first stage for interfacing with the actual amplifier and processes both balanced and single ended signals. We have given particular importance to this section as it is the first approach towards a perfect sound performance. Also for this section the power supplies are separated and stabilized. Furthermore, the HDCA modules are interchangeable and can be updated to future versions that we will release, allowing you to have a machine that is always up to date with the new sound recording and reproduction technologies.
